Our Mission

To promote and secure America’s commitment to restore and renew the rights and liberties established by the founding documents of the United States and their sources.

Promoting Liberty

We promote America's commitment to the rights and liberties established by the founding documents of the United States by leading and supporting publications, discussions, and the development and provision of educational and informative resources to the public for such purposes.  To this end, we oversee and support the development of books, law review articles, public policy papers, white papers, political and economic studies, and other similar efforts to restore and renew America's commitment to the rights and liberties established by the founding documents of the United States and their sources.

Securing Liberty

We secure America's commitment to the rights and liberties established by the founding documents of the United States and their sources by through practical and useful statutes, regulations, judicial determinations, settlements, and resolutions.  To this end, we oversee and support the efforts of scholars, lawyers, public officials and servants, medical professionals, and other individuals, organizations, and corporations to restore and renew America's commitment to the rights and liberties established by the founding documents of the United States and their sources.

Healing Liberty

By securing and promoting America's commitment to the rights and liberties in the founding documents of the United States and their sources, we will help replant liberty in the United States.  We will not lose hope even when all seems lost.  Sometimes death or the appearance of death is really a doorway or transformation to a new way of being.  Where options appear to have been cut down and ended, we will see if new options can be made.  Through resilience, we will find legal pathways for new life and liberty in the United States whatever tomorrow may hold.
